If you encounter issues where the nozzle doesn't fit or the ball size seems smaller than advertised, there are simple solutions. The inserted white plug (air stopper) must be removed first before attempting to use the pump. As the ball is made of rubber, it may appear contracted when tightly packed in the box. The key is to keep pumping to stretch the rubber fully. If the initial inflation doesn't reach the suggested size, leave the ball for a day to allow the PVC material to fully expand, then pump it again.
